HOW do you paddle a riverbug?
Paddling a riverbug is instinctive. Wearing short blade fins (flippers) and webbed gloves you effectively have four independent paddles to use in any combination. With riverbugging you are both “on” and “in” the water. Freed from the constraints of having to hold a paddle, you have incredible freedom of movement and a direct feel for the elements. The regular paddling position is seated, but you can also paddle prone (lying down) or kneeling. More info on paddling a riverbug at videos and downloads.
