Das Rollen des Riverbugs ist eine grundlegende Technik dieses Sports. Und es ist viel leichter, als man vermutet! Mit einfachen Lehrmethoden könnt ihr diese Technik beherrschen lernen und dadurch viel selbstbewusster und unabhängiger auf einem Fluss fahren.
Eventuell anfallende Eintrittsgelder für das Schwimmbad sind nicht inklusive.
Der Kurs kann auch als 2-Tageskurs gebucht werden.

Rolling your riverbug upright if capsized belongs to the fundamentals of river-running and is a lot easier than most people think! With simple teaching methods you can master this technique and become more confident and self reliant on the river. Swimming pool entry extra (where applicable). Can also be run as a 2 day course.
Who can join the course?
Riverbugging is a fun and easy to learn activity that offers a unique and fun way to experience the river environment. Our riverbug courses can be enjoyed by people from all walks of life. Although previous experience is not a prerequisite for taking a beginners course, we recommend first joining one of our riverbug tours as an introduction to river bugging on whitewater.
Participants should be:
Reasonably fit & healthy
Able to swim
less than 120 kg
125 cm or taller

What's included & what should I bring?
We provide all the necessary personnel and logistics for your Course. We can rent you riverbugs & accessories if needed, or you are welcome to bring your own. Minimum equipment required for our beginners courses is listed below.
In addition to any personal riverbug equipment you may have, bring the following items:
Lunch & snacks (our courses are not catered)
Swimming costume (to wear under your wetsuit)
Towel
Cash (If you need to pay for your course or wish to purchase our souvenirs. We don't have card payment facilities)
Sunscreen (if the weather is hot and sunny...)
Additional info:
If you need to wear glasses during the tour, it's a good idea to bring a length of string or glasses retainer band with you to secure the glasses and prevent losing them on the river. For those who wear contact lenses we recommend disposable lenses for wearing on your trip.
We recommend before the tour to remove any watches or jewelry that could get lost or damaged on the river.
Participants with medical conditions such as asthma or allergies to bee and wasp stings should bring any medication so we can carry it in our first aid kit on the trip.

One piece wetsuit (minimum 4 mm neoprene)
Neoprene boots (minimum 4 mm neoprene)
